November 9, 2015 (Philadelphia, PA) - The Beck Group will be unveiling the newest virtualization tool for manufacturing design, at the Annual ISPE meeting next week in Philadelphia.
"Early facility design and process integration decreases time to market, and Destini Profiler accomplishes this, with ease of use and intuition built-in" says Steve Springer, Director, Life Sciences, The Beck Group. “The current planning and design process for new and retrofit manufacturing projects is slow and imprecise, and prolongs decision making, when trends in the industry are calling for the opposite - faster, more streamlined decision making to respond to smaller patient populations and patient specific medicine, global competition and multiple site production,” adds Springer.
DESTINI Profiler is the only simulation tool on the market today that offers parametric process modeling and facility design simultaneously, allowing engineers to consider multiple "what-if?" scenarios without extending the design process. Dr. Barry Holtz, career biotechnologist, collaborated with Beck to provide perspective from the “user” side, and will be co-presenting with Beck. He and the Beck team will be on hand to answer questions and give in-depth demonstrations at the ISPE show, Sunday through Wednesday November 8-11, 2015.
